Spiritual communities are unique and complex organizations. The boards of these organizations must serve as spiritual teams, blending the spiritual purpose of the organization with practicality and good governance. This training equips board members with the clarity, confidence and skills needed to guide their communities with both spiritual grounding and organizational wisdom. Training will include information for boards working with a Minister as well as those without a Minister.
