Using the metaphor of planting, tending, and harvesting, participants will explore how communities can listen deeply for what God (or Spirit) is planting in them, make thoughtful plans that honor those leadings, and reflect on outcomes with gratitude and honesty. Rather than treating planning and evaluation as administrative tasks, this webinar frames them as spiritual practices—rhythms that keep a community aligned, grounded, and responsive.
